Hello! 

 Thank you for being here. My name is Nicole Gardiner.

I am a Certified Naturopath, Natural Health Educator, Reiki Master/Teacher, Aesthetician & Reflexologist. My interest in Natural Medicine began when I was 20 years of age, when conventional Doctors told me that there was nothing more they could do for me, and that I would not likely live to be 40. In all fairness, the outcome did seem grim, from the allopathic perspective.  I decided not to accept this reality. Even though I had a myriad of health disorders, which included over 100 allergies to foods and chemicals, uncontrollable IBS, debilitating migraines, severe eczema, asthma, and a heart valve issue, I decided that I would not give up on Me. It was in that moment that I chose to begin my healing journey, which ultimately lead me to study Natural Medicine. I began living a holistic lifestyle that included, mind, body, spirit healing and union of self.

I realized that my future was so bright!
